RESIDENTS FIRST

As your City Councillor, Fred will bring common sense and a residents-first approach to every decision.

Accountability & integrity

Unlike other candidates, Fred won’t accept campaign donations from developers, because City Hall should work for residents—not those who can buy influence.

Protect taxpayers

Oppose unaffordable tax increases and ensure residents receive value for every dollar.

Get the basics right

Prioritize safe roads, repaired sidewalks, reliable sewers, clean streets, well-kept parks, and responsive city services.

Safe, healthy & strong communities

Work with partners to protect and expand local healthcare, emergency response, and public safety.

Prioritize local neighbourhoods

Tourism matters, but residents should not be left subsidizing it while they pay more and get less. Fred will put local neighbourhoods and everyday services first.

Made in Canada

When City Hall makes purchases, Niagara businesses and Canadian workers should stand to benefit.

Put a sign on your lawn to support Fred

Signs are a free and effective way to show your support for the campaign. A volunteer will drop yours off and pick it up after election day, so there is nothing for you to store or throw out.
